Cannot reach Better Homes and Gardens about their products!!

The number provided to me by pissedconsumer.com brought me to the magazine branch of the company, not the product branch. The customer representative transferred me over to a Walmart number, but of course they couldn't help me either and suggested I reach out to Better Homes and Gardens. I emailed them weeks ago, and still no response.

We bought a retro portable fireplace from Better Homes and Gardens and it stopped working the same winter. I could not get a hold of them via phone number, so I sent a review through pissed consumer.

Still no reply from the company.

I would really just like to get this resolved. I do like the fire place but need it replaced.

I purchased a better homes and garden garbage can for $80 less than a year later the garbage can step handle broke and better homes and garden will not replace the can or send me parts to fix it

I paid $10 for a promotional book in August. I didn't realize it was part of a series and that I would automatically receive another book in 60 days.

I received the second book in November and because they were so similar, I thought this was the book I had paid for in August.

I had forgotten about the first book I got. So I was wondering why I was being charged again and they explained and let me keep the second book, no charge.
