Retro fans impossible to remove screws in order to clean the filthy blades

Not able to speak with a live agent. Not going to buy Better Homes and Gardens Products again.

I bought 3 Retro fans; one large and two small. After 3 months of use during the summer, the blades became very dirty, requiring a cleaning. It is impossible to remove the metal phillip's head screws attached with small bolts which hold the blade covers in place; thereby making it impossible to clean the blades for further use. I have tried a few times since the start of this year's summer season going into fall and have not succeeded in removing the screws/ bolts to unfasten the caging.

These fans were not cheap for me to buy.

I'm disgusted with the fans and with the quality if your customer service access to a live agent which I haven't been able to reach. I feel like throwing these 3 fans in the trash and posting on Facebook about the poor quality of customer service AND the difficulty of the product to clean so others dont waste their money on these fans.
Oh, and by the way, I did use a phillip's head screw driver.

I ordered garden hose. It will not fit the faucet as their fixtures are not correct.

I want to return and requesting where can return.

And ask for refund
Advised me to buy different fixtures. Just had enough.

Bought light bulbs with a 3 years warranty from Walmart. A bulb burnt out so I went to take it back to Walmart and they said we don't do that, you have to go through better homes and gardens. So I did and their response was that Walmart was to take care of it.

I have been trying to call and cannot get a live person at all. Most numbers have been disconnected or are the wrong number.

I just need someone to talk to about replacement covers! This is very poor customer service.

It should not take forever to try to get a message from a big company about their products. I'm sure this will be overlooked also, but hopefully I will get a response for once.
