How about a fan from Walmart? When y'all came in the box, I opened it up, and the fan was nasty, rusty, and obviously used.

There was no paperwork, just the box, the fan, and the dirt and rust. I would expect better from y'all. With the economy like it is, a man like me on disability doesn't deserve such treatment.

I don't expect it was intentional. I'm not sending the fan back; I'm posting it on every media network known to man until I get a new one.

Hi, I purchased a Better Than Homes patio set from Walmart for $898 in June 2025. It came with a coffee table that's made out of metal, and when it's in the sun, it gets extremely hot and can burn skin.

My nephew, who is 3, touched it to get his drink, and it left a burn and welt on his skin. This patio table should be recalled for safety concerns.

This was purchased with my husband's debit card, and like I said, it was only purchased in June. This needs attention immediately.

I bought 2 rod iron (black ) swivel chairs with the matching ottoman. I have had them for a few years and the frame is perfect, my problem is i cannot find replacement cushions due to the odd size the seat is 22 x 22 (this is a 2 piece cushion set) the back which is sort of swing back measurement i 25 width and 28" length..Can you help me with where i could purchase/order 2 sets..I do not need the cushions for the ottoman. My Name is Karen S. This 2025 Spring I bought your Rectangular Glass Food Storage 14 Cup Container at Walmart.

It has worked well after about 3 Uses. The last time I washed this container by hand as I have done all along, the "White Plastic Seal" inside the Lid came loose & I cannot get 'The Seal" to go back in place in the groove & stay there. Is there some way you could Replace This Lid for me?

We bought a retro portable fireplace from Better Homes and Gardens and it stopped working the same winter. I could not get a hold of them via phone number, so I sent a review through pissed consumer.

Still no reply from the company.

I would really just like to get this resolved. I do like the fire place but need it replaced.

I am trying to get screws for my bed. I have twin bunk beds, and screws were missing in one of the beds.

I've been purchasing BH&G sandawood incense sticks for a very long time. It' been my very favorite.

I burn alot of it. I've been unable to find it in the 3 Walmarts in the area. I decided to order it from the Walmart app. I just received it.

The sticks are half as long, much thinner and does not smell the same. And the end is so short that it isn't safe to burn in the holder.

It just slides back and woul burn the holder if I left it in there.

What happened? I'm so dissapointed in you.

Your products are getting worse and worse, and I am done buying them. I am tired of the greedy corporate tyrants cutting corners and putting out worse quality products than they should.

You used to be a brand I could trust and count on for quality.

But, no more. You can keep your terrible products and I will find another, better brand to use.
