Better Homes And Gardens

We bought a retro portable fireplace from Better Homes and Gardens and it stopped working the same winter. I could not get a hold of them via phone number, so I sent a review through pissed consumer.

Still no reply from the company.

I would really just like to get this resolved. I do like the fire place but need it replaced.

My heater doesnt go about 64 degrees why is this happening? I use the remote to put the heater at 78 degrees but it still doesnt work

I bought 3 large area rugs in August that totaled almost $700. I am so disappointed.

After minimal use in low traffic areas, the rugs feel so gross. They did not hold up at all and I already need to buy new ones.

I've had rugs from Lowe's for cheaper that lasted 6 years. Can you please help me with this?

I bought a better homes and garden three tier shoe rack on clearance and it's still not do not have the pieces all the pieces are missing or many of the pieces are missing,

I bought your 14 cup glass container with lid, and the lid seal is horrible. Won't stay in the lid and very difficult to put back on, it also causes it to leak.

It needs a new design or a better way to keep the lid seal on. Cant contact anyone for replacement of lid only!!!

No longer have receipt either. Didn't expect an issue!!!

I purchased a better homes and garden garbage can for $80 less than a year later the garbage can step handle broke and better homes and garden will not replace the can or send me parts to fix it

I don't think the magazine should use the title "Pissed Customer" to identify those who have a complaint about the company or the service...So just count this email as another complaint about how you are dealing with customers. You need to celebrate those who want good content and good service...Enough said!Rec

I am very disappointed in my purchase. I have trusted BH for years.

My lid rusted out and it was nowhere near a moist area.

It looks horrible. I want to be reimbursed for this purchase.

I paid $10 for a promotional book in August. I didn't realize it was part of a series and that I would automatically receive another book in 60 days.

I received the second book in November and because they were so similar, I thought this was the book I had paid for in August.

I had forgotten about the first book I got. So I was wondering why I was being charged again and they explained and let me keep the second book, no charge.

We have loved our touchless garbage can, but the auto feature has stopped working. Customer service is non-existent! We have called and emailed with no help at all to replace the defective part.

I purchased an air freshener water mist and the button to start the unit broke, pushing inside the unit. This rendered it completely useless.

The cost was $25.00.

I don't have my receipt but paid for the unit with my bank card. I'm pissed.

The very first time I used the glass dish with locking lid with gasket seal the seal came off and would not go back on. Waste of money.

I purchased a $15 candle and only half of the candle was able to be used before the wicks were too short to lightthus leaving me with a half candle that can no longer be used. Also, I have not gotten any response from Better Homes & Gardens and the complaint was sent two days ago.
